How to register for a live seminar or video replay

- MAIL your registration form with check to: Oregon State Bar, CLE Registration, PO Box 231935, Tigard, OR 97281-1935.
How to register for a live webcast or a Quick Calls audio seminar
- Click on the registration link provided in the electronic notice.
- Go to www.osbarcle.org and click on OSB CLE Quick Calls for audio seminars or on Live webcasts for a schedule of upcoming events and registration information.
I registered but at the last minute could not attend the seminar. How can I get MCLE credit?
- Attend a video replay of the seminar—please visit our CLE Calendar for a current listing of replay dates and locations.
- View or listen to the seminar in an audio or video format. If you paid the full registration price, you may be eligible to receive the seminar on audio CD or as a video rental. Please call the CLE Service Center at (503) 431-6413 or toll-free in Oregon at (800) 452-8260 ext. 413 to order an audio product or video rental.
Can I get the printed course materials if I registered and paid for a print copy but cannot attend the seminar?
Yes. If you preregistered and paid for a print copy, you can either pick up a copy of the course materials the day of the seminar at the seminar location or call the CLE Service Center at (503) 431-6413 or toll-free in Oregon at (800) 452-8260 ext. 413 to have the materials sent to you free of charge.
How do I get an electronic version of a live seminar’s course materials?
If you registered at least two days in advance of the seminar date, you will receive an email with a link to the course materials. These can be downloaded to a laptop, tablet, or flash drive. If you register less than 48 hours in advance of the seminar, bring your laptop or tablet to the seminar and you can borrow an OSB CLE flash drive from the registration staff to download the materials. If you do not have a USB port on your tablet, OSB CLE staff should be able to email you a link upon request.
Live webcast registrants can access the course materials in advance of the program by logging in to your account and clicking on the Program Materials link for the seminar. You may also click on the Materials tab at the bottom of the viewing window at any time during the webcast.
I need to cancel my registration—how do I do this?
Cancellation requests received at least 72 hours prior to the start of the seminar will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Send your cancellation request to the CLE Service Center via:

How can I find out about upcoming OSB CLE seminars and events?
Information about OSB CLE seminars is always available on the CLE Seminars website. Click CLE calendar to access brochures and registration forms.
Consolidated calendars are sent several times a year, and individual seminar and event brochures/notices are sent to members by practice area, MCLE reporting year, or year of admission.
How can I start/stop receiving OSB CLE notices by U.S. mail or e-mail?
Please log in to your account on the bar’s website and change your preferences for Seminar Brochures & Notices on your Communication Preferences page.
How do I know that I am registered for a seminar?
Once your registration payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notice via e-mail, fax, or U.S. mail (the method of delivery depends upon the information contained in the bar’s membership directory).
In addition to seminar specifics (date, start time, location, MCLE credits, etc.), the notice may contain important information relevant to the seminar.

MCLE Credit
How do I get MCLE credit for an event I am/my organization is sponsoring?
The Oregon State Bar MCLE Department is charged with accrediting presentations for MCLE credit. Sponsors must submit a description of the presentation or a schedule, along with the appropriate form. Forms are available from the MCLE home page at www.osbar.org.

The sponsor of the CLE event I attended did not apply for Oregon MCLE credits. Is it possible for me to still get Oregon-approved credit?
Yes. As a member of the Oregon State Bar you may apply for credit by completing MCLE Form 2.

How can I report MCLE credit to another jurisdiction if the CLE event I attended has only been approved for credit in Oregon?
Each state has different rules regarding CLE accreditation and approved formats (e.g., some states limit the number of self-study credits available via video or audio formats or online). Your best resource is to contact the state in which you wish to report the credit to obtain the applicable reporting information.
For events sponsored by the OSB CLE Seminars Department, certificates of attendance are available to indicate the name of the seminar, seminar date and location, and the number and type of credits approved by the Oregon State Bar.
