Speaker: Hendrik F. Jordaan is a partner in the Denver office of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP and chairs the firm’s corporate practice. He specializes in advising financial and strategic buyers and sellers in public and private merger and acquisition transactions. He structures, negotiates, and documents a wide array of transactions including asset acquisitions, stock acquisitions, mergers, leveraged buyouts, auction transactions, tender offers, going-private transactions, and cross-border transactions. Mr. Jordaan is president of the Colorado Association of Corporate Counsel and chair of the ABA Distressed M&A Task Force.
