Speakers: John Murdock is a partner in the Nashville office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where his practice includes business acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lending, and commercial law generally. He is a member of the Commercial Financial Services Committee of the ABA Business Law Section and formerly served as chair of its Lender Liability Subcommittee. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers.
William C. Holland is a partner in the Denver office of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP and chairs its Banking and Credit Finance Practice Group. Mr. Holland’s practice focuses on corporate transactions with an emphasis on secured and unsecured commercial loan and credit transactions, including cross-border financings, structured finance and lease transactions, acquisition finance and leveraged buy-out transactions, and project finance. He also represents banks and other clients in connection with swap, option, and other derivatives transactions, including interest rate hedging, foreign exchange and currency transactions, and equity option derivatives.
